REPLACEMENT / STORE CREDIT.

Thank you for shopping at Man Of Siam. We offer a REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT for any defective or incorrectly shipped items. We will replace or provide a store credit for any shaving hardware sold by Man Of Siam subject to the following conditions.

• All of our shaving hardware is quality controlled by both MÜHLE of Germany prior to dispatch to Thailand and Man Of Siam Thailand. Every piece is thoroughly checked prior to dispatch to you the buyer. Under no circumstances will we dispatch an item that does not comply with our quality standards.
• If an item has been damaged in transit during shipping by either Kerry Express or The Thailand Postal Service, we will provide the buyer with a replacement of the exact item ordered, and if the item is out of stock, a store credit equal to the same amount as the original purchase.
• These conditions apply to all and any shaving or beard maintenance hardware sold by Man Of Siam.

• All claims are to be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
• We do not offer replacement or store credits for used items. Only unused items in the original box, with the original packing and product tags in place and literature provided by the manufacturer, will be considered.
• Please be aware that your claim may be refused after you have submitted it if any damage is deemed to be the responsibility of the customer. All claims are subject to a final inspection by the staff of Man Of Siam.
• We do not offer to replace or provide a store credit for "Change Of Mind" under any circumstances. This only applies to damaged or defective hardware. A change of mind does not constitute a reason for replacement or store credit.
• Consumables such as soaps, shave oils, balms, and any other of our face care products are sealed with plastic security seals. If these seals have been opened the product is not returnable. 

Man Of Siam shall refund the buyer the cost of the shipping return, and will send the replacement item to the buyer with free shipping as per the original contract of sale.You are responsible for the return of a product until it reaches us, therefore we kindly ask that you send the package with a tracking number, in order for us to track the package. 

WARRANTY

All shaving hardware and associated hardware is sold inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty if applicable. Please refer any warranty issues or claims to support@manofsiam.com.
